Runaway fondant

I didn’t get a chance to post this Saturday night so here it is. Our nephew Alex saw a black ball on the kitchen table, fondant, and ran off with hit. We did not see him of course, but when his parents saw him and his mouth was black chewing on something they both looked at one another and said “did we have plums?” LOL Um, then I realized it was my fondant! alexeatfondant We were all laughing so much. Thank GOODNESS I had alot more to work with because my fire truck cake was being delivered the next morning. My wonderful husband and sister helped out and I was in bed by 3am darn time change HAD to be that night/morning!

Here is the fire truck cake I did for the birthday party at the Germantown, MD Fire Dept. The fondant I made with marshmallows, water and conf. sugar.

Today I must finish up the company’s Facebook page, have the Easter Pop Basket flyers and photos done AND if there is anytime left over I must dip my nail polish pops.
