mmm…CAKE!!

One fish, Two fish……

I had some pops left over from a recent order and thought I would play around. The idea to make a fish came from the small fish bowl I had recently purchased at a Dollar Store. The moment I saw this tiny fish bowl I knew it would be so cute filled with small candy rounds that resemble “rocks” and a fish pop inside. Here is what I came up with below.

How cute is this? My fish was actually a bit too big for the small bowl but my nephew Alex who is newly turned 4, and my official taste tester, squealed with delight when he saw it. He thought it was a dinosaur fish and could not wait to eat it!

I think these would be great at a child’s party dessert table, as centerpieces, weddings that are on/near water for the kids (Psss don’t forget the big kids too!) So many things you can do with these lil cuties. What about a retirement party for someone who likes to fish oh the possibilities are endless.
